The room was spacious! Lots of natural light came in through the windows. The staff provided a map with recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.

poor soundproofing faulty shower
the location worked fine I guess. it wasn't exactly awful.
The room felt cramped and not what i expected. the soundproofing was practically nonexistent. I heard everything. the bathroom had issues too, the water pressure was low, and adjusting the water temperature in the tub was like a battle, and of course, there was no shower head just a rain shower. i wouldn't come back, not even if they paid me.

perfect location spacious balcony lush garden natural light
the hotel is in a perfect location. it allowed easy walks from the train station and to all landmarks. my room featured a spacious balcony overlooking a lush garden. natural light streamed into the room.
the air conditioning unit seemed quite aged. it concerned me slightly regarding its service history. i noticed a small amount of mold in the shower.

Wonderful Stay on the Riverfront
excellent location modern air conditioning diverse options
The location was excellent. It was a short walk to all main attractions. My room, a Double Or Twin Room, included modern air conditioning (a blessing in the summer heat). The breakfast had diverse options. Pastries, eggs, and fresh fruit were available daily. Hardeep at the front desk offered helpful recommendations and made dinner reservations for me.
The hotel felt dated in some areas, a bit disappointing. I expected a more modern aesthetic considering the rating.

The Double Or Twin Room had ample space and included a modern bathroom with two separate sinks. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning unit worked efficiently (a great feature during the hotter months). A small writing desk was also present.

Breakfast featured both sweet and savory options with an assortment of pastries. I enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice. The restaurant offered a beautiful river view (especially nice in the morning).

The location is very convenient for exploring the city landmarks. the room had blackout shades and i found this very useful. i enjoyed having breakfast in the courtyard. It was peaceful.
the doors are heavy and somewhat difficult to manage with luggage.

a decent stay overall
arno view magical atmosphere dirty toilet clogged bath
i loved the marvelous view of the arno river from the hotel. there was also a wonderful garden that i enjoyed. the room had a magical atmosphere and i felt comfortable.
the cleanliness of the hotel was a disappointment. the toilet was smelly and dirty on my first day. the bath was clogged too. this was quickly fixed, but my initial impression was poor.
